At Triton Restaurant, taste becomes character. In the unique space of the stalactite cave under Wenceslas Square, we don't just create food, we create an experience. Each course tells a story that combines Czech tradition with modern techniques and artistic vision.

The Deer Restaurant is recognized for its cuisine, both for the taste and design of its dishes, its wine selection, and its pleasant setting with a glass atrium and a garden with a mature tree. The cuisine is international with Czech representatives and game specialties. From 7:00 to 10:00 we serve breakfast, from 7:00 to 15:00 we serve brunch.

We run a non-smoking restaurant with a capacity of 40 seats offering a tasting menu, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as aperitifs, cocktails, beers, liqueurs, spirits, homemade chocolate and filter coffee. We provide gift vouchers. The restaurant is a Michelin star winner.

We are exprès gourmet. A concept of modern restaurants with a stylish atmosphere that spoil the customer with gourmet specialties created according to chefs' recipes. We prepare them from fresh regional ingredients, in freshly toasted baguettes and other variants of fluffy pastries.

We offer traditional Czech food and international cuisine. Capacity is 90 seats. The premises are air-conditioned. We provide the possibility of organizing corporate and social events, birthday parties, etc.
