We carry out smoking, marinating and preparation of marine fish. We deal with quality control.

We run a gluten free bakery where gluten free buns, cakes, pies and other goodies are created right under our hands. We process our baked goods by hand and always use only fresh ingredients such as eggs, cream, cottage cheese and seasonal fruit. You will not find excessive amounts of starch or sugar in our products.

I produce jams, marmalades and syrups containing 70% fruit. I also offer pesto, salsa, flavoured oils, pickled herbs, pickled cheese, pickles and vegetables, drunken fruits, chutneys and chutneys.

We have been producing traditional delicacies for over 30 years. We are an honest family company that prides itself on freshness, quality of ingredients and traditional recipes of our founder Jindřiška Šindelářová. Handmade is key for us and you can be sure that each of our sandwiches is original.
