We are the Etincelle Social Enterprise Group. We have our own artisan bakery and patisserie. We run bistros, cafes and Between the Lines catering. We roast our own coffee in our own roastery, Café Etincelle. In all of our establishments we give people with disabilities the opportunity to work.
