Family café in the centre of the historic town of Ostrov. We offer pleasant seating with freshly ground espresso coffee and homemade cakes. We also offer a light lunch of soups and French cakes and Italian wine.

I'm an avid low carb cook and am inspired to go without white flour and sugar in my diet. I bake low carb desserts and gluten free cakes to order. All are suitable for diabetics and coeliacs. I am the author of several cookbooks in print and eBooks.
