The mission of the residential social service ARCHA Ostrava is to provide adults whose mental abilities do not allow independent living with individual support in meeting their needs leading to self-sufficiency.
We provide round-the-clock, year-round care in a quiet location on the outskirts of Merklín near Přeštice in the immediate vicinity of the forest, where we go for walks with our clients. Here we create a home for adults with autism spectrum disorder or intellectual or combined disabilities. The capacity of the facility is 30 beds.
Providing social services. Operation of a day and weekly residential home and home for people with intellectual and associated combined disabilities aged 16 to 64 years.
We provide help and support to people with disabilities. We enable adults with intellectual disabilities from the Ústí nad Labem region to live in Děčín in a barrier facility with a small capacity. The support is aimed at developing their skills and increasing their independence.
The service is provided to persons with intellectual disabilities or with intellectual disabilities in combination with physical or sensory disabilities. We support them to integrate into mainstream life so that they are part of the local community and take responsibility for their decisions.
Provision of care services to mobile men and women aged 16 to 80 with mild mental retardation and a need for support for self-sufficiency and independence. There are single and double rooms with a total capacity of 9 beds. A large garden surrounds the two-storey family-type house.
Provision of social residential services to seniors with long term adverse health conditions. Provision of 24 hour service. Registered general nurses and a nutritionist are available. Offering gardening, working with natural and man-made materials, internet and more.
