The Scientific Library of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University is available for students and employees of UJEP, as well as for interested members of the public.

The library's holdings include old prints and first editions, manuscripts from the 18th and 19th centuries, manuscript relics of supra-regional importance, regional literature of social science, yeoman's prints, periodicals from the 19th to 21st centuries, and more.
