GJR Chrudim offers four-year and eight-year studies. Our graduates study at prestigious universities in the Czech Republic and abroad. Catering for students and teachers is provided by the school canteen. For pupils we offer the possibility of trips, excursions and extracurricular activities. We emphasize a friendly and safe environment.
We run a primary school for 350 pupils with a day care and dining room. The children have clubs for ceramics, cooking, football, maths, beading, English, dancing and singing. The services of an educational counsellor are available.
Providing accommodation for students in double and triple rooms. The capacity of the accommodation is 87 beds. Sanitary facilities are shared on the floors. There are two club rooms with television, video, piano and table tennis.
Primary school for first and second grade, with a capacity of 450 pupils with a day care centre, club and council. Publishes the school newspaper Modrásek. Provides educational or preventive counselling and organises interest groups.
The secondary medical school offers four-year courses in Practical Nursing and Medical Lyceum, focused on practice and preparation for further studies. The Higher Vocational School offers both full-time and combined studies in General Nursing, leading to professional qualifications for work in the healthcare sector.
Primary school for 150 pupils with a nursery providing meals in the adjacent Nursery School. It is taught according to the Primary School curriculum. Offers clubs in cooking, computer work, English, ceramics, sports games, hip hop and modern dance.
Providing library services. The library in Heřmanův Městec is one of the oldest in the country. Already in 1818 Puchmajer documents the organizational statutes of the local reading circle, which later became a public library. The library has two departments, one for adults and one for children.
Operation of a primary school with a capacity of 170 pupils with a day care centre for 50 children and a canteen. The school uses verbal assessment of pupils without the use of grades. We offer drama, art and dance clubs including drumsticks, yoga, reading, woodwork or piano and guitar lessons and English language.
