The size of the apartments is from 18m2 to 56m2, and the flats from 45m2 to 92m2. The building was built in 2009 after a complete reconstruction of the family house.

The services of the training centre can be used by organisational units of the state. These entities do not pay for accommodation and facilities, they only pay for meals or refreshments. The offer of meals and refreshments can be adjusted according to requirements.
