The organisation provides residential social services for the elderly in two separate buildings in the Jitřenka Home and the Rudolf Home (Nádražní 431, Opočno). It provides the following services: home for the elderly, home with special regime, respite service.

Provision of social care home services.

We operate a home for the elderly and a home with special regime. We provide residential social services for 104 clients. We offer accommodation in mostly double rooms, meals, rehabilitation, nursing and medical care or assistance in exercising rights, legitimate interests and personal matters.

Offer of social services and day care centre to senior citizens and citizens with disabilities. We provide assistance in the home to people who can no longer manage these tasks on their own, in coping with the normal tasks of caring for their own person and personal hygiene. We provide mediation of contact with the social environment.

We provide clients with a complex of activities tailored to their current self-care abilities in two types of social services: home for the elderly and home with special regime.

Offering care and year-round accommodations for seniors with Alzheimer's dementia. We provide health care, lunch delivery, therapies and activities.

We offer accommodation, meals and care services for the elderly. We cater to those with special needs and alzheimer's type dementia. We provide assistance with personal hygiene and mediation of contact with the social environment. We organise various cultural events.

Nursing service and nursing home.

Primary purpose and business is to provide social services to seniors and adult women with intellectual or combined disabilities. Within our services we provide the following basic activities: accommodation, meals, health care in the form of special outpatient care, rehabilitation care.

We operate a home for the elderly, a nursing home and a home with special regime. We provide services to citizens who, due to their age, physical disability or long-term adverse health condition, cannot take care of themselves.

We provide users with skilled support and assistance to enable them to maintain their current way of life as much as possible. We strive to ensure that users do not become socially isolated because of their disability and, should this happen, to help them find a way out of this situation.

We offer residential respite services for seniors and disabled citizens 19 years of age and older on full disability. The capacity of the facility is 22 beds. The facility is not suitable for immobile users due to barriers.
