The mission of the Charity House of St. Elizabeth - a facility for the transitional stay of seniors is to provide dignified, empathetic and professional social care to seniors for a transitional period, i.e. until their adverse social situation is resolved.

We offer quality, affordable residential services in a new retirement home and assisted living facility. We have single and double comfortably furnished rooms. The rooms include a kitchenette with a fridge, TV, Wi-fi and sanitary facilities. The service is suitable for singles and married couples.

We provide housing for the mentally disabled and focus on developing independence and self-sufficiency. We care about maintaining and developing social relationships. We provide an individual approach to clients and work in a team. We offer social therapeutic activities.

Running a day centre for the elderly and people with reduced self-sufficiency. Advice and support to their family carers. We teach our clients to be independent and provide them with dignified living conditions. We provide basic social counselling and lend compensatory aids.

Providing social services to people with moderate, severe and profound intellectual and combined disabilities and autism spectrum disorders up to the age of 64.

We provide social services to people with chronic mental illness and people with intellectual disabilities who are 18 years of age or older, are in a stable condition, and, as a result of their illness, face challenges in living independently.

The provision of health and social care to individuals with reduced self-sufficiency due to loss of memory and orientation skills. We offer accommodation, meals, assistance with routine tasks and personal hygiene, mediation of contact with the social environment and social therapeutic activities.

With the help of social rehabilitation, we provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental illness in individual training. We aim to maintain and develop their skills and teach them independence.

We run a 24 hour care home for 50 users, currently women only, in single to four bedded rooms. We provide accommodation and assistance in coping with normal self-care tasks, mediation of contact with the social environment or social therapeutic and activation activities.

Providing residential services and social assistance. We provide day to day support and care based on individual needs and wishes of service users. We provide social services to adults with intellectual or combined disabilities who require varying levels of support.

A modern wheelchair accessible residential facility providing social services to 68 seniors who are unable to provide for their living needs due to their age. We provide the service according to our principles - home, dignity, family, respect. We are a contributory organization of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
