We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

Offer nursing care to senior citizens and children.

Providing medical, nursing, care or respite services. We provide meals, leisure activities, social counseling and social activation services for the elderly.

We provide social services for the elderly. We offer accommodation, meals, assistance in coping with normal self-care tasks including hygiene and socio-therapeutic activities. There are wheelchair access and lifts throughout the home.

We operate a home for the elderly with a capacity of 32 clients. We offer accommodation including cleaning, meals, assistance in coping with the normal tasks of self-care and personal hygiene, mediation of contact with the social environment and social therapeutic or activation activities.

Providing social and nursing services, meal delivery and home care services. We provide residential respite and outreach services. We offer assistance with personal hygiene tasks, household maintenance and cleaning, and escorting to doctors, offices and more.

Offering year round care for the elderly. Providing medical and nursing services. Total accommodation capacity is 172 places. There are 102 single rooms, 26 double rooms, 4 quadruple rooms, 7 triple rooms and 4 single rooms are available in the increased care wards.

We provide assistance to the elderly in the form of personal visits in their home environment by means of a personal assistance service. We also offer services to family caregivers in the form of guided visits.

We are a provider of social services according to the Social Services Act. We provide care services and personal assistance to seniors and other persons with reduced mobility. Currently, the organization has regional representation in Prague and Pardubice Region.

Providing social and health services. We provide care for citizens in need of comprehensive care for permanent changes in health status. We provide blood draws and injections. We offer collaboration with diabetes clinics.

We operate a home with special regime. We provide round-the-clock social services, individual assistance and support to persons with chronic mental illness in the elderly. The capacity of the facility is 13 users. We offer accommodation including cleaning as well as activation and social therapeutic activities.

We run a nursing home. There are a total of 22 apartments in the house.

We provide comprehensive care for visually impaired citizens. We have 37 single and 48 double rooms. We provide all day meals consisting of three main meals.
