We provide comprehensive social services to clients with changing health conditions. We provide assistance with personal hygiene and coping with common self-care tasks. We offer mediation of contacts with the social environment, assistance in exercising rights and managing personal affairs.

We operate a nursing home for women who need regular nursing care. The building has one single room, six double rooms and eight multi-bedded rooms. We organize trips around the area, cruises, petanque competitions, singing performances, sitting around the campfire or on the terrace.

We operate a day care centre. We provide social services for people with intellectual disabilities, possibly in combination with chronic mental illness from the age of 16. We enable clients to spend their time in an active way according to their individual needs at times when their loved ones cannot attend to them.

We provide help and support to people with disabilities. We enable adults with intellectual disabilities from the Ústí nad Labem region to live in Děčín in a barrier facility with a small capacity. The support is aimed at developing their skills and increasing their independence.
