We are a small artisan bakery from Brno. We make our pastries exclusively by hand, working with live and mature dough. We do not use any semi-finished products, only quality ingredients.

We produce improving preparations, baking and confectionery mixes, fillings and other assortments for baking, confectionery and ice cream production. We provide free technological service throughout the Czech Republic.

We have been manufacturing traditional and non-traditional gingerbread houses since 1992. We use only high quality (mainly regional) raw materials. You can choose from a wide range of products directly in the factory or contact us with your requirements for custom-made painted, filled or almond gingerbread and cakes.
