We provide complete realization from design and project through building permit to construction and final approval. Each order is personally handled by Ing. Filip Vykydal. We operate in the Benešov region, we also realize roof trusses and pergolas.

We build low-energy family houses on a turnkey basis - wooden houses and classic brick structures. We offer you a tour of already built houses. We will modify the standard houses according to your requirements. Since 2009 we have built over 1300 houses.

We realize wooden buildings made of solid wood. The walls of our houses consist of three layers of solid wood without embedded PVC (vapour barrier) foils. The panel itself is diffusion open. We can reduce the construction of the house to 5 months with perfect preparation before the start of the implementation.
