I offer sports courses. I do pilates, foam rollers and chair exercises. During the classes I focus on strengthening deep abdominal muscles, functional pelvic floor, balance exercises. The exercises help eliminate back pain, muscle imbalances, and teach clients proper breathing.
Taekwondo classes are offered. We organize preparatory and conditioning camps and training sessions. We participate in the World, European and Czech championships.
