We offer a diverse range of yoga and health exercise classes that are suitable for all levels. Our classes include restorative yoga, power yoga and fitness yoga, aimed at relaxing, strengthening and firming the body. The welcoming atmosphere and individual approach ensure personal benefit for everyone.

Yoga studio. A large selection of classes, both for beginners and advanced. Special classes for seniors, pregnant women or practitioners with health limitations.

Traditional karate classes for children ages 6 - 14 and adults 15 - 55. Classes are for men and women. Recruiting new members throughout the year.

In our studio we focus on conscious movement using modern reformer machines. Our trained instructors will guide you to better muscle strength, flexibility and overall health. We offer a variety of class styles that combine strengthening, stretching and relaxation.

We organize sports and entertainment events for children and youth. We run clubs for football, yoga, majorettes, modern and oriental dance, zumba and volleyball. We also offer English and German, chess, firefighting or speech therapy clubs. We also offer art and science clubs.
