In our sports club we teach traditional karate and self-defence for children from the age of five. We focus on the development of technique, creativity and dynamics in combat. Our training sessions are tailored to the needs of the children so that they learn the basics of self-defense and gain confidence in their abilities.

We offer training and courses for fitness trainers and instructors accredited by the Ministry of Education. We organize workshops and seminars. We teach spinning, aerobics, trampolining, bodystyling, barbell exercises, overballs, rehabilitation exercises or circuit training.
