The two-week rotation was born out of practice, not theory. It was created by Vladimír Prokop, a trainer who, after a serious injury to his right arm, decided that returning to movement was not a matter of luck, but of system. He didn't want to accept the limits set by others. He began to look for a path - a functional, long-term one.
