We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.

Sport and leisure jumping rope. We hold regular courses in collaboration with UK FTVS for coaches, teachers and individuals.
