We are an internationally accredited training center with more than 50 courses. We organize accredited (MSMT) fitness personal trainer courses, bodybuilding courses, professional trainer courses, ball exercise courses, fitness instructor courses, fitness school.

I provide aqua aerobics, kickboxing, dance and fitness classes for the public. I organize sports wellness events with exercise. Also offer deep aqua aerobics, jogging and relaxation.

Our coaching school provides a retraining course accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science with a fitness instructor certificate.

We organize sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We provide the possibility of renting indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We focus on lacrosse, tennis, karate, fitness, basketball, dance, gymnastics, yoga, volleyball and athletics. A gym is available.

Offering a dynamic 90-minute program of 26 Hatha Yoga poses in a room heated to 42°C for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.

Sport and leisure jumping rope. We hold regular courses in collaboration with UK FTVS for coaches, teachers and individuals.
