We organize courses and personal development seminars on the topics of interpersonal relationships, sexuality, happiness in partnership, intimacy and love in marriage. We provide help in finding and living a happy partnership.

We sell books online. We offer fiction, spiritual, historical and children's literature. You can also find animal books and biographical books.

In a safe and kind space, I offer gentle energy therapies to help the body and mind breathe and come back to itself. We organise personal development courses, combined with relaxation and holidays, on the Greek island of Crete. The program includes physical and breathing exercises, meditation, visualization, individual coaching, Shiatsu massage, or a boat trip. Experienced trainers and coaches will accompany you throughout.
