I am a doula from Prague and I offer sensitive and professional accompaniment to the birth, support during pregnancy and after the birth. I help women to feel calm, safe and confident in labour. Together we can prepare your birth wishes, choose a suitable birthing centre and go through everything that awaits you.

A centre focused on comprehensive care for body and mind. It offers therapies, consultations, massages, movement classes including yoga, educational courses, workshops and personal development support with a focus on health and prevention.

The association focuses on the organization of activities and activities supporting the physical, mental and social development of children, youth and adults. The main project is a community nursery with a forest club called Živátka. The application form is available on the society's website.

We offer expert breastfeeding advice to mothers to help them solve their breast milk production problems. We focus on breastfeeding techniques and the use of herbs that traditionally support lactation. Our aim is to provide support and reassurance that every baby and mother has unique needs.
