We have been holding auctions for over 15 years and still enjoy finding new options and solutions to our clients' seemingly intractable situations. Our vision is to conduct public auctions in a transparent manner and to achieve the highest possible proceeds for the claimant, be it the owner, the receiver or the mortgagee.

We carry out electronic and forced public auctions, specializing in insolvency proceedings of debtors in accordance with Act No. 250/2023 Coll., on public auctions, as well as classic real estate sales. We operate a commercial filing office.

We provide professional sorting of documents according to shredding symbols with allocation of shredding periods, storage in newly refurbished premises with appropriate temperature and humidity, i.e. in accordance with established regulations, and subsequent shredding.
