I’ve been in business for 30 years and in real estate for 18 years, selling houses, land, vacation homes, and apartments, as well as handling rentals. I operate in Hradec Králové and the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions. I prepare market appraisals and inheritance evaluations. I can arrange for an energy performance certificate, utility transfers, financing for real estate purchases, as well as legal and consulting services.

We are a real estate agency with our own construction company, which operates mainly on the route Chrudim - Pardubice - Hradec Králové - Prague and of course the surrounding area. We will ensure the sale of your property from A to Z with complete service and fair treatment, which we pride ourselves on. We look forward to working with you.

Our real estate agency will be happy to provide you with services in the area of sale, purchase or lease of real estate including financial advice, legal service, dealing with foreclosures and mortgages, buying and assessing market prices of real estate. We offer you a professional and friendly level of dealing in representative premises.

We have been here for you since 2005. Although we have grown a lot over the years, we remain a Czech family company. You can see it in the atmosphere in our real estate office and in the way we always meet you, our clients. We follow trends in the industry and look for ways to make our services even better.
