The company is a large residential builder. In more than 30 years of operation, it has sold 20,000 new apartments, houses and plots in 200 successful residential projects. It currently owns around 1.5 million m² of land and brownfield sites for development, on which it plans almost 40,000 new apartments.

We are engaged in the construction of family and apartment houses and reconstruction of buildings. We focus on modern ecological technologies, with the aim of ensuring low operating costs and minimal maintenance. We focus on technologies and processes for the construction of low-maintenance and almost maintenance-free houses.

We carry out development projects in the Czech Republic. The projects are executed with an emphasis on exceptional and functional architecture, maximum comfort and with respect for the environment.

Home Real Estate is a boutique real estate company operating on the market since 2013. We specialize in development projects and exclusive properties in Prague and its surroundings. We are a strategic partner of developers. The team consists of professionals with successfully completed MBA program MBARE from the University of Economics in Prague (RICS accreditation).

We are a joint stock company that deals with financing, buying or selling real estate.

We focus mainly on finding investment opportunities, development activities and selling off development projects of other investors. We arrange the sale of our own properties.

We offer preparation of architectural studies, project documentation, production and delivery of reinforced concrete prefabricated structures for residential and civil construction. We carry out deliveries up to the stage of closed rough construction.
