I offer over 20 years of experience in massage and working with people I work with daily in the form of therapy or consultation.

In my practice I focus on individual therapy and I use mainly the psychotherapeutic method of working with inner parts (Internal Family Systems) and biosynthetic psychotherapy. With my team I also organize workshops on Holotropic Breathing.

At Rebalance, I guide you on a journey toward greater balance, regeneration, and a return to living life to the fullest. I focus on helping with both acute and long-term issues, whether they manifest on a physical, mental, or psychosomatic level. EFT, Quantum Therapy, Access Bars, Bioelectromagnetic Therapy.

It can happen that we get lost in life. We start to miss the point of what we are doing, we feel unwell and don't know what to do about it. We need to understand the cause, find the lost joy and breathe freely again. This is what I work on with my clients. I am now running courses in numerology and tarot.
