The association brings together municipalities to jointly contribute to the development of the region. The member municipalities are Dobřenice, Hvozdnice, Kratonohy, Lhota pod Libčany, Libčany, Obědovice and Osice. It also includes Osičky, Praskačka, Roudice, Syrovátka and Urbanice. The municipalities cooperate in the fields of culture, education and physical education.
