Schmid Machinery and Locksmith Company was founded in 2010. We have built on a long family tradition, so the knowledge and experience in metalworking and locksmithing is passed on from generation to generation, ensuring first-class quality. The headquarters of the company is in Velké Výklek.

The CNC division has been a successful part of the production capacity since 2013. With more than ten years of experience in machining, we offer both piece and batch production of aluminium and other aluminium alloys, as well as the possibility of processing PVC profiles.

We are engaged in cooperative machining of engineering components made of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We provide machining, blasting, heat treatment, grinding, drilling, slotting, material cutting and turning. We also offer stainless steel and aluminum alloy forgings in various sizes.

We offer aluminium, plastic and extruded profiles, aluminium sheets, coils and railings. We also specialize in welding, punching, milling or cutting of aluminum structures.

We provide cross and longitudinal cutting of sheet metal, laser, plasma and water jet burning, pipe grinding. We perform cutting of aluminium plates and bars. We grind, brush and coat sheet metal.

We provide sheet metal laser cutting, punching, bending, MIG and TIG welding services, including robotic. We offer custom and mass metal fabrication including structural fabrication. In cooperation we provide surface finishing of products.

We have been in the metal fabrication business since 1991. We do laser cutting, bending, CNC bending, turning, welding and metal grinding. Of course, additional technologies are available: drilling, pressing, riveting and welding of fasteners. We produce stainless steel railings and steel structures.

We offer chip machining of metals and plastics such as CNC turning and milling. We also offer laser cutting, sheet metal and tube bending. Surface finishing is a matter of course. We also produce smaller welded structures and parts. We will be happy to prepare a quotation for you.
