We provide mental health services (individual psychotherapy, self-help group, Access Bars, music therapy). We run mental health workshops in primary and secondary schools.

We operate a clinical psychology and psychotherapy practice offering seminars, courses, training, special consultations and systemic constellations. We focus on issues related to anxiety, depression and grief, long-term and acute stress, psychosomatic difficulties and fear of death.
