A human-centred approach. I offer free trauma-focused intervention for Ukrainian refugees, adults and children. The aim is to help address war-related trauma and prevent post-traumatic stress disorder. The intervention can be done online, however face-to-face contact is always better.

I offer psychosomatics and psychotherapy. I like to support people in having the courage to be themselves. I build on empathy, respect, authenticity and a deep knowledge of medicine and bodywork.

I offer one-off and long-term psychological consultations. Areas of focus: psychosomatic difficulties, stress processing, communication and relationship difficulties, excessive anxiety, transient difficult situations and life crises.
