We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.

Grant consultancy (NZÚ Light, NZÚ, granny), energy assessments and evaluations, energy performance certificates for buildings (PENB), heat loss calculation, thermal and humidity diagnostics of buildings, thermal camera measurements.

I offer all earthwork and excavation services, including utility excavation, pools and tanks, grading and sloping, foundation excavation and much more. By appointment, a dumpster can be brought in or materials can be delivered.
