The respite service is a residential service, usually provided from one day to three months, for persons over 65 years of age who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age, adverse health conditions or disability and who are otherwise cared for at home.

Operation of aftercare facilities, provision of medical and nursing care. Specializing in symptomatic treatment, rehabilitation treatment, training in activities of daily living, mobilization of clients, gait training, getting out of bed, exercises to strengthen chest, upper and lower extremity muscles.

We provide vocational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services.

We are an association of caring organisations providing health and social care services within the Czech Republic. Our aim is to enable anyone who is dependent on the care of another person for any reason to remain in a home environment for as long as possible.

The provision of health and social care to individuals with reduced self-sufficiency due to loss of memory and orientation skills. We offer accommodation, meals, assistance with routine tasks and personal hygiene, mediation of contact with the social environment and social therapeutic activities.

Operation of the rehabilitation department. We care for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, injuries or congenital defects, after hip and knee replacements. The aim of rehabilitation is to maintain, restore, replace and compensate the function of damaged organs. We also treat patients with vascular diseases and after heart attacks.

Operation of a rheumatology outpatient clinic. We provide care for patients with rheumatological disabilities and systemic autoimmune diseases of the connective tissue. Most commonly rheumatoid arthritis, systemic connective tissue disease, Bechter's disease, psoriatic arthropathy and degenerative joint disease.
