The main mission of this project is to provide a wide range of social services to elderly Shoah survivors. This includes providing comfortable accommodation, social and nursing care, quality food, social-therapeutic services, group and individual activities.

Provision of medical rehabilitation for the elimination of disorders of the locomotive apparatus in adults and children. We provide myoskeletal medicine, therapeutic physical education, physical therapy including laser, massage, hydrotherapy, electromyography, speech therapy and occupational therapy.

Performing neurological examinations specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, multiple sclerosis cerebrovascular and vertebrogenic disorders.

We provide medical, socio-legal and educational care for children with combined disabilities and their families. We offer physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hippotherapy, canister therapy, zootherapy, basal stimulation and snoezelen. We run the Jiri Trnka Garden designed for art, feasting and sports.

Providing social and nursing services, meal delivery and home care services. We provide residential respite and outreach services. We offer assistance with personal hygiene tasks, household maintenance and cleaning, and escorting to doctors, offices and more.

Operation of a non-government facility with a high standard of nursing care. Offering intensive rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy and palliative care. A park with wheelchair access is available for residents and the possibility of staying for foreigners and non-Prague clients.

We operate a day care facility that serves seniors with reduced self-sufficiency due to age, disability or chronic mental illness. We provide assistance in coping with common self-care tasks, personal hygiene or providing meals.

We run a home for the elderly.
