The centre focuses mainly on rehabilitation and aftercare for a range of conditions, predominantly for the older generation but not exclusively. The most prevalent diagnoses in the wide range of patients are strokes, conditions following surgery and trauma, neurological diseases and others.

Providing social and nursing services, meal delivery and home care services. We provide residential respite and outreach services. We offer assistance with personal hygiene tasks, household maintenance and cleaning, and escorting to doctors, offices and more.

We operate a social services facility with year-round operation and medical care for the elderly. We offer a nursing home for patients with Parkinson's disease. We provide residential respite services. Assistance in exercising rights, legitimate interests and in taking care of personal affairs.

Operation of a non-government facility with a high standard of nursing care. Offering intensive rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy and palliative care. A park with wheelchair access is available for residents and the possibility of staying for foreigners and non-Prague clients.

We are an association of caring organisations providing health and social care services within the Czech Republic. Our aim is to enable anyone who is dependent on the care of another person for any reason to remain in a home environment for as long as possible.

The main mission of this project is to provide a wide range of social services to elderly Shoah survivors. This includes providing comfortable accommodation, social and nursing care, quality food, social-therapeutic services, group and individual activities.

We specialize in the treatment of pediatric and adult patients with cerebral palsy, genetic defects, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and motor disabilities, including patients interested in classical physiotherapy.
