Coffee roasting is a ritual I do with love. I have the coffee flown in from carefully selected plantations on three continents and bring out the best in it. That acidity, that fruity flavour, that bitterness. I look for these subtle differences that result in an unmistakable taste.

We're a small coffee roaster. We roast single varietal coffee for you, with the motto that less is sometimes more. You will not find dozens of coffees here, but only a smaller number of varieties, but regularly changing, always fresh and of the highest quality.
