Operation of the café.

Artisan bakery that bakes traditional, honest and modern. Our sourdough bread rises slowly - 12 hours in the cold, our rolls and baguettes are topped with icing and our cakes are full of curd and fruit. To top it all off, we offer a selection of coffee from the Dos Mundos roastery.

We offer Italian Pellini coffee in four ways (espresso, espresso lungo, cappuccino and latte macchiato) and delicious cake in seven flavours (original, cinnamon, walnut, vanilla, almond, coconut, cocoa).

Specialty Coffee—Now in Modřany. In addition to great coffee, you can enjoy matcha lattes, chai lattes, homemade lemonades, authentic organic ciders, as well as excellent Prosecco, carefully selected wines from Moravia, draft beer, and unique specialty beers from small breweries.

We operate a training café where coffee, lemonade, beer or small snacks will be prepared by clients of the Eset-Help z.s. organization. Refresh yourself for a good cause.

French bakery offering sweet and savoury pastries baked in front of customers. Fresh bread, crispy croissants, rich baguettes and beautifully decorated cakes and pastries are prepared daily. Traditional recipes are proven by 120 years of tradition.
