I offer gentle manual therapies aimed at supporting the natural balance of the body and nervous system. I work with Osteodynamics®, CranioSacral Resonance, fascia, joint, soft tissue work and mindful bodywork. Treatments are aimed at releasing tension physically and also mentally.
