We operate a wine cellar. We organize guided tastings. Possibility of organizing corporate and private events. In the cellar you can also see a display of Cuban art, a collection of antique corkscrews or a bottle of French wine from 1976, from the reception of Princess Daina. There is also a smoking room of Cuban cigars.

The Volařík Archive Cellar offers a combination of a new modern interior with the historic cellar of the Volařík family. We are an association of winemakers from 11 villages of Hustopeč region. We offer characteristic wines typical for our region and we do the education of winemaking. You can buy wines in our cellars or find them all in one place, in our wine shop at the same prices as from the cellar.

The wine cellar and wine bar are located in the basement of the hotel and date back to the 16th century. The capacity of the premises is 190 seats. In the wine cellar we organize festive tables, tastings and banquets. The wine bar is divided into several small parts and the back part serves as a dance floor.
