We focus on projects that give you direction, help you resolve mental or physical distress and give you the opportunity to think only of yourself. You choose the method that suits you, yoga, functional training, coaching, massage or a combination of your choice.

I am a guide for conscious change within oneself, in life, and in relationships. I help people better understand what they are experiencing, what they truly need, and where their own path to change might lead. I offer personal consultations, massages, courses, workshops, lectures, and retreats.
