We operate a winery specialising in light fruit wines characterised by lower alcohol and residual sugar. We offer guided tastings in the wine cellar or in the gazebo in the vineyard. We process Riesling, Palava, Rulan Grey, Hibernal, Solaris, Red Tramin, Sauvignon, Dornfelder, etc.

We operate a wine cellar with accommodation. We have double and triple rooms with separate bathrooms and WiFi connection. We offer wine tasting coupled with refreshments.

The winery can be found at the beginning of the Almond Trail. The philosophy is to produce wines based on quality raw materials, modern technology and a gentle approach without unnecessary interventions. We farm 10 hectares of vineyards. In addition to the tasting rooms, you can also sit on the terraces under the almond trees.

We produce and sell speciality wines including special straw wines. We grow white and red varieties. We organize guided tastings, corporate events, concerts, weddings and more. The flagship varieties of the winery are mainly Riesling, Pálava and Tramín.

With us you can buy wines from two brothers that age like relationships. However, your experience does not have to end there and you can experience tastings and pleasant moments in the winery.

Jiří Šilinek Winery - we operate a wine cellar with a garden and a children's playground. Tasting of 15 varieties of wine. We offer seating for individuals and groups with a capacity of 25 people plus a garden for 25 people. We offer wine tastings and guided tastings with an oenologist's commentary and small snacks to accompany the wine.

We offer selected wines directly from winemakers from South Moravia, which boast awards from international competitions. You will love our white, red and rosé wines. Come and enjoy a glass of wine in pleasant surroundings.
