Jiří Šilinek Winery - we operate a wine cellar with a garden and a children's playground. Tasting of 15 varieties of wine. We offer seating for individuals and groups with a capacity of 25 people plus a garden for 25 people. We offer wine tastings and guided tastings with an oenologist's commentary and small snacks to accompany the wine.

We are a young, developing Moravian winery located in the town of Miroslav in the Znojmo wine subregion. We rely on traditional grape varieties from the most historically famous vineyard in the area, the picturesque Weinperky, from whose terraces you can see the Pavlovské Hills.

We are already the fourth generation of winemakers whose story has been shaped for many years in the picturesque wine-growing region of Pod Dubňanskou hora. We focus on the cultivation, production and sale of varietal wines. We grow white and red wine varieties. There is also a wine cellar. Among white varieties we grow Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Neuburg, Veltliner and others. Of the red varieties we grow Zweigeltrebe, Frankovka and Svatovavrinecké.

Come to the Baraque winery, where we describe the wines as human personalities. You'll build your own four-sample tasting menu from the wines on offer, and enjoy mixed drinks, select coffee, desserts and other local treats while overlooking the vineyards. Come during opening hours or for one of the events.
