In San Carlo, we are passionate about Neapolitan pizza and Mediterranean cuisine in general, and we want to share it with you. Our pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and baked in stone ovens according to the old Neapolitan tradition.

Homemade pasta and Roman pizza from a chef we brought all the way from Italy. All this in the historic house U Zlaté Olivy, which remembers the time of Wenceslas IV.

Our restaurant can be found in the city centre near Pinkas Synagogue, we offer a pleasant environment with an Italian atmosphere. You can choose from a wide range of Roman pizzas, homemade pasta or fresh meats. To complete the atmosphere, we recommend a selection of quality wine from famous Italian vineyards.

A group of young people from different professions came together with a vision to create a space where visitors can have breakfast or lunch during the day and enjoy dinner and their favourite drink in the evening. With their energy and enthusiasm, a place full of well-being and a pleasant atmosphere was created that invites people to relax and socialise.
