Our restaurant was born out of a love for authentic Italian cuisine, honest ingredients and a friendly atmosphere. We combine traditional recipes with a modern approach - we respect history but are not afraid of new flavours. In San Carlo, we are passionate about Neapolitan pizza and Mediterranean cuisine in general, and we want to share it with you. Our pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and baked in stone ovens according to the old Neapolitan tradition, which is not the only reason why we have been awarded as one of the best pizzerias in Europe.

A group of young people from different professions came together with a vision to create a space where visitors can have breakfast or lunch during the day and enjoy dinner and their favourite drink in the evening. With their energy and enthusiasm, a place full of well-being and a pleasant atmosphere was created that invites people to relax and socialise.

Our restaurant can be found in the city centre near Pinkas Synagogue, we offer a pleasant environment with an Italian atmosphere. You can choose from a wide range of Roman pizzas, homemade pasta or fresh meats. To complete the atmosphere, we recommend a selection of quality wine from famous Italian vineyards.
