Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

We are a boutique winery focusing on small lots of exclusive wines. We harvest only premium quality grapes from our vineyards and bottle all of our production.
