The charity is a non-profit organization under the diocesan Charity of Ostrava-Opava. It provides social and health services in Odry, Fulnek, Vítkov, Budišov nad Budišovkou, Suchdol nad Odra and their surroundings.

The registered association brings together citizens with colostomies, ileostomies and urostomies, i.e. outlets from the intestines or urinary tract. We offer advice and information on the challenges of living with a stoma, including information on the aids available. We also provide talks by experts and presentations by companies and community events.

Through social services, we help people in need or at risk of social exclusion. We make life easier for the disabled, the elderly, the homeless, victims of domestic violence and foreigners living in our country. We help in emergencies (floods, fires), we have a Volunteer Centre.
