The association is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit, non-political association of citizens, in which prosthetic and orthotic patients, handicapped and otherwise disabled people come together to actively work for their protection and support, to popularize this goal and to provide activities of general benefit.

Our business is mainly aimed at the children's audience and listeners. It includes authorial, musical theatre production, music production presented on published music media, and production of music videos for children. We prepare and implement educational and motivational programs for children.

We offer sheltered housing for people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, a day care centre and sheltered workshops for people with different types of disabilities. We run a Special Primary School.

Operation of a volunteer centre that brings together people who help fellow citizens in their difficult life situation without remuneration.

We create conditions for the development of amateur artistic creation of children, youth and adults. We contribute to improving the quality of the offer for active leisure time in the field of culture.

Operation of an association for the development of culture and tourism, focusing on the cultural offer of the associated cities. The association publishes its own promotional materials in three languages (ČJ, AJ, NJ) and regularly participates in domestic and foreign tourism fairs.

The association aims to improve life in rural areas, enhance economic potential and promote cultural and natural heritage.

We provide assistance, support and professional advice to the deaf. We offer interpreting services, social counselling and rehabilitation or social activation services. We also lend compensatory aids.

The provision of information, consultancy and publication services to improve the activities of not-for-profit organisations. We provide organization of volunteers for a teaching hospital and a retirement home in Hradec Kralove. We organize courses, seminars for social workers, workers of non-profit organizations and for the public.

The aim of the association is the development of the territory for the benefit of residents and visitors, municipalities, non-profit organizations, small entrepreneurs and tradesmen, small and medium-sized enterprises and other entities. We provide EU subsidies for the development of the territory using the Leader method. We focus on the development of the quality of education in schools in Jičín.

We provide specialist services, support and assistance for families of children with visual and combined disabilities. We strive to enable the child to be raised in a natural environment. We provide all information to families and the public. We offer advice on methods, aids and procedures or contacts to specialists.

Operation of a rural support organisation. We publish our own newsletter. We participate in seminars and competitions. We motivate citizens living in the countryside to voluntary activity, encourage them to participate in the successful development of the village, and facilitate the formation and activity of local and regional associations.

We deal with respiratory diseases and tuberculosis of all localizations. We organize congresses, conferences and small lecture events. We bring together doctors, pharmacists and other health care professionals. We strive to raise the professional level of our members.
