We're a gymnastic union. We offer physical activities for all ages, from children to seniors. In our clubs we focus on the all-round development of physical skills. The joy of movement and a friendly team play a big role in our activities.

Organising after-school clubs, camps and competitions for children, young people and adults.

We organize trips for unusual views or to normally inaccessible objects. We strive to repair dilapidated lookout towers and make them accessible, and we operate three otherwise inaccessible lookout towers.

Scout paddling troop for children aged 8 and up. In summer water, bikes, trips, paddling camp, in winter skiing, board and board games. Good group, opportunity for self-development.

We run a society dedicated to the important Czech inventor and gunsmith Sylvester Krnka.

Operation of a youth hiking club. The main focus of the club is to organize one-day hiking and cycling trips, whether to the countryside or perhaps to the zoo, as well as multi-day events such as weekends at our cottage, autumn and half-term holidays and fortnightly summer camp.
