We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path. I will be happy to accompany you on this journey and pass on important techniques and methods.

The Bagua Nine Palaces Taiji set works with the inner power of Taiji and greatly helps to unify the body, mind and spirit, thus having a very positive effect on the overall development of health and kung fu. The set combines the softness and fluidity of taiji movements with the depth, strength and firmness of shaolin postures.
