Our goal is to provide proper and mainly comprehensive sports education of children and youth, but also top athletes at amateur or professional level with a focus on combat and combat sports (MMA, BJJ, BOX, THAJSKY BOX, GRAPPLING, WRESTLING, JUDO).

We belong to an association of RBSD clubs focused on training and teaching real self-defense. We understand self-defense as a set of principles, techniques and tactics that have already proven themselves in combat and are applicable under stress. Of particular importance to us is "head" training - that is, training the commitment and will to return home safely.

We are Brazilian jiu-jitsu enthusiasts who focus on NoGi grappling. We maintain a friendly atmosphere at our training sessions, where everyone can improve their physical fitness and technique. We enjoy participating in tournaments, where we regularly win medals. Come give it a try.

Currently the club has two gyms, one in Pardubice and one in Hradec Králové. The trainings are focused on classical self-defence as well as on purely sport form or wrestling in the ring (kickboxing, thaiboxing) or in the cage - octagon (MMA).

We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.
