We operate a restaurant focusing on experiential gastronomy. Our specialty is steaks and other Angus beef specialties. We cook with seasonal and local ingredients and also prepare homemade products for sale. We are a member of the Slow Food movement.

Restaurant Nová Hospoda is a newly opened restaurant in Bor, which focuses on quality breakfast, lunch, dinner and varied desserts. We strive for maximum satisfaction of our customers.

We offer gourmet regional specialties, Czech and foreign cuisine. The total capacity of the restaurant is 260 seats. We serve natural yeast beer Chodovar directly from the lager barrels of the rock cellar. There is also a brewery mini museum in the restaurant. Charging station for electric cars.

Dear guests, we would like to welcome you to our restaurant with a selection of mainly classic Czech cuisine. There are 65 seats in the restaurant, 35 seats in the multimedia lounge and another 15 seats in the small lounge. If the weather permits, we also have a quiet terrace with 82 seats.
